I offer Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to newborns to 18-years of age range.* This builds on considerable experience I have with young people—my happy place. I also offer massage therapy services, centered on the tween-teen ages. Through both of these modalities, my goal is to facilitate the fullest expression of wellbeing as possible.
For my Craniosacral Study, I have trained with the esteemed Upledger Institute. I am currently on track for Longevity Certification with Michael Morgan, using CST with patients experiencing Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Pediatric training was with Carol Gray, Lori Hendrickson and Dr. Benjamin Shield. My education in Massage Therapy was earned at the Downeast School of Massage. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education with a minor in Developmental Disabilities, I am a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher with Trauma-Informed training.
My belief is that each person possesses an innate intelligence that guides them to a life of wellness. My style is a combination of intellectual integrity, authenticity and playfulness. I am committed to doing the best work with each client, and make the experience as joyful as possible.
My memberships and affiliations include The Upledger Institute, Biodynamic Craniosacral Association of North America, and American Massage Therapy Association. A portion of my Teen Routine massages are donated to The Trevor Project.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions about this amazing work. *And, if you’re 18+ and can tap into your inner crayon-lover, I would love to work with you, too!
